If something doesn’t work, or you have a question, write to support@heckno.app. We answer in English and German.

If you are in danger now, call your local emergency number. The help button in the app lists support lines for your country.

Restore a purchase

Open HeckNo, go to the You tab and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Cancel or change your plan

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose HeckNo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Lessons, shout drills and your progress stay free after you cancel.

Ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose HeckNo.

Erase your data

Everything HeckNo keeps is on your phone. In the app, open Settings and tap Erase everything. Deleting the app also deletes it.

What you need

An iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The app works offline. For the camera coach, prop the phone up about two metres away, so it can see all of you.

Languages

HeckNo is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. You can change the language in the app’s Settings.
